How will I know that my booking is confirmed?
Bookings are confirmed once the deposit is received and the contract is signed.
How close to my event can I cancel and get my deposit back?
Requests to reschedule or cancel must be made at least 72 hours before your event, or the deposit will not be refunded.
Is there an extra fee for delivery and setup?
Delivery and setup are included in the rental fee for events within 15 miles of 80229. For events over 15 miles away, we charge a fee of $1.50 per mile. For events over 30 miles away, we charge $2.50 per mile.
